• Hello,

I’ve developed a new WordPress website for a client that I’m trying to strip the backend down to the bare essentials and the backend so that she does not get too confused with too many options. The theme supports the new WordPress 3.0 custom menus, and thus I would still like to give her the option to rearrange these as she pleases and to add new subpages as she creates.

I’ve tried using several plug-ins to manage the role capabilities, but none of them seem to work in this regard without giving too much access to other features such as being able to edit the actual theme pages, choose different themes, or most importantly, displaying the “theme options” menu item since the theme that I built is mostly based off of a premium WordPress theme.

I have tried pretty much everything in regards to taking and on taking the checkboxes next to the different capabilities such as edit_theme_options, update_themes, etc. But I can’t seem to find the right combination. Can anyone help me here?

    Thank you very much,
the sites in question, if anyone cares is EmbodyFreedomRolfing.com
