• Where do I find this line? I can not for the life of me find it. And I’ve searched through the forums, but it seems like it has been moved through the different versions…

    Please help 🙂

  • Try looking in your theme’s comments.php file.

Yeah, I’ve changed what’s already there. What I need to change is the “comment count” text.

there might be a ‘comments_popup_link()’ somewhere in your code.

or you could give more details where you want to change what…

I’m not using popup for comments, so I don’t think that’s it.

What I want is another text (in Norwegian) instead of the line “Enter your password to view comments.” where the comment count (3 Comments) normally are (both in the main page, in searches and on single posts).

I am using ‘comments_popup_link()’ how do I change the default message “Enter your password to view comments.” ?

    Hi,
I’ve been trying to test my WP site but cant get make a comment as an error message “Error 1: Click back and type the password” appears. I don’t need people to have to put in a pasword.
Have had a look at the forum and am officially confused.
I’m lousy at the tech stuff.
    Thanks for your help.
    Cheers, cindy
