• The problem I am having is that I set a page to password protect, it says it is password protected, but it is NOT password protected.

    SEE: http://www.graniteproperties.com/dev

Page in question: go to Association Management, Homeowner Association Management, then click on Neely’s Canyon. On that page, there is a link at the bottom – “Neely’s Password Protected Information.” (And it is not password protected, although has been set to be protected.) Note, there is no info on the page yet, as I need to resolve this first.

I also tested password protecting a regular page on the navigation bar, and it does the same thing.

It shows an “Enter password” screen for me.

Might be that you’re logged in as the WordPress Admin so automatically bypass any password protection. Try logging out and viewing the page.

Also, if you’ve already entered the password for that page then it’s probably set a cookie in your browser so yo’ll bypass the password check when you go back. Try clearing your cookies or using a different browser.
