Contact Form 7 Stop Sending, Leads To White Page.

    Takayuki Miyoshi our commercial site is not sending emails at all. It worked fantastic for 18 months, literally.

    Then suddenly (without the addition of any strange plugins, it just wont send the email when the form is filled out). It goes to a white page with a strange url:

    We can not make heads or tails of this. Does anyone have any ideas?
