Allowing anyone to post in Active Directory environment?

I’m running multisite at my company, using Active Directory/LDAP for authentication (plugin = Active Directory Integration). I’d like to create a blog where any authenticated user can post as a contributor, without moderation. In other words, anyone in the company, after logging in, will be able to post without having to do any kind of registration.

How do I set this up? Thanks.
