varius problems in internet explorer

Problem viewing the site using Windows Explorer.
Hi, I’m working on a portal with wordpress, http://otranto.inonda.le.it, but have problems viewing using the Internet Explorer browser, with others, apart from minor differences, all is ok.
the problems are mainly reflected on the tag plugins meteor slides and cumulus cloud, and even embed a youtube video inserted in the right sidebar.
I still believe there are some problems reading the js and jquery.

then doing more analysis, with YSlow, I find other issues to which I cannot cope.

I ask you, if possible, that you gave a look and advise you to do the actions to solve everything.
