[Plugin: Query Multiple Taxonomies] Dropdown width absurd

Thinks for the plugin.

Issue: width of dropdown selectory defaults to the widest category character width. So, if the longest category has 35 characters (300 odd pixels wide), then the drop box spans outside of its 200 px wide css container.

Not sure how to fix.
