Can't add HTML to category name titles.

    I am trying to insert images associated with the category names. Unfortunately when I add html to the element, and save it in the posts tab, the html just disappears. Is there any way around this? How come it is doing this?

    If you are trying to assign an image to category, may be worth trying this:

    Is there any way to add html to categories? There used to be a plug in to do it called HTML Category Descriptions but it doesn’t work anymore. There is also a lot of posts online that speak about disabling wordpress filters to make this possible. I have disabled all the wordpress stripping filters and I still can’t put html into my categories. How do I do this?

    By the way, that plug is useless for what I am trying to do, thanks.
