Removing shortcodes for mobile version

Hi,

I’m in the process of creating a mobile edition of my Web site (http://nmpolitics.net). I want most of the shortcodes in my posts to remain (such as photo captions) but I want one shortcode – a Google adsense ad that appears in the body of posts — to continue to appear in the Web version of the site but not the mobile version.

Is there a way to do that? Any code I can put with the adsense code to have it appear in one version but not the other?
