Top Page Menu being hidden/obscured

Hey guys,

I’m having a problem with the page menu that runs horizontal across the top of my blog. I activated the theme Elegant-Grunge and everything was fine, but then one day for some reason a light blue bar appeared across the top of my blog. I have tried changing themes to see if it disappears but it doesn’t. It is completely obscuring my page menu and I have no idea why. Any ideas??
