Custom Fields for Address/Phone Number

Hi. I’m using Multisite to allow customers to signup and build their own sites. All good so far. Is there a way to add extra fields in somewhere where they can input an Address of Phone Number than i can then grab and insert as part of my theme? For instance, put their phone number in the header along with the blog name and their address in the footer?

Any pointers much appreciated
