Changing “publish” button in post.php

My apologies in advance if this has been discussed before. O DID search and couldn’t find instructions.

I have multiple users for my site (http://thecommunitymarketplace.com). What I would like to do is change the “publish” button in the post.php screen to “Post Ad” and also change the “Save” button to something like “Save Draft” or something similar.

If this can be done through a plug in, all the better.
