[Plugin: WordPress SEO] Switching SEO Title Template on all Old Posts?

I noticed that when using the WordPress SEO plugin to define a template for the title tag, it’s applied only to posts where an SEO title is NOT already defined and to new posts.

However, how can I apply a template change to existing posts that already have an SEO title defined?

For example, if I use the SEO title template “%%title%% – %%sitename%%” and later decide to change to just %%title%%, all of the old posts that used the old template won’t automatically be changed over. There will thus be inconsistencies with the title tag throughout the site. Is there a way to easily make this work? If not, can you add in the feature?
