Transalte all content

Hi. I´m looking for a plugin that can translate all content in a WP site. I´ve tried qTranslate and xLanguage but they don´t work as nice as I would like it to. I´ve also tried wp-multilingual but it doesn´t seem to work with 3.0 (I´ve also tried changing the editor as the plugin suggested). I´m now thinking about installing a network-wp for the language files.

Any other suggestions anyone?
