I don’t see anyone saying you should. Read the about page/documentations and if you like it, use it, if not, use something else.

Thanks. May I ask more specific questions?
1. Could I add new columns and new tables in MySQL basebase?
2. Could I have my own user-interface pages, from blog/forum to sign-in page?
3. Could I add my own functions such credit point system, poll, etc?
Any answer will be very much appreciated.
1. You can add additional tables to the database but you must not add any columns to the WordPress tables.
2 & 3. In theory, yes.

Thanks a lot, esmi. So the solution to 1 is I need to add new tables with my columns and same keys as that in wordpress tables. Am I right?
