Assign Posts to Page

hi,
is there a way to have a static page and have a option menu to assign specific posts to it?

for example:
“Services Page”

within the page assign by title or id -> Service1, Service2 (custom post types)

i couldn’t find a plugin which can manage this efficiently.

maybe someone has an idea.
