setting home page issue

what exactly is changed? what do i put in and where in the file. I am totally new to this. can you possibly answer my post from yesterday on the code blue template?

I figured it out samuel, but i cannot get my ad serving script to work where the ad was. it makes the template all a mess. but I have a single ad in place but was hoping to have more than one.
