[Plugin: Cimy User Extra Fields] CIMY User Extra Fields Causes Internal Server Error at Activation

    I have installed the CIMY User Extra Fields Plugin in a new installation of WordPress 3.01. I used the FTP to upload it. When I hit Activate, a blank screen pops up and says:

    Error 500 – Internal server error

    An internal server error has occured!
    Please try again later.
