[Plugin: Event Registration] Can't Edit Existing Event, Payment amounts missing

    BACKEND:
    Created event, go back to edit and get: You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.

    FRONTEND:
    Register for event and submit – then Payment page appears and the amounts shown that they will be charged is $0, even though a fee is entered.
