How to anonymize the link url

Forgive me if I’m not using terms correctly. When I include a link to an affiliate ad, I would prefer to not have my affiliate url link show up in the gray Windows bar across the bottom of the screen.

Is there a pseudo link I can name it that will take it to the right place in my affiliate network, but general public doesn’t see my affiliate link?
