Issues with packaging plugins

Since a few days, whenever I submit a new version of our plugin zingiri-web-shop, when people are trying to download the plugin they are getting a 404 page not found, for example this link: http://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/zingiri-web-shop.1.6.6.zip
