Nice plugin. But i’m not sure it’s meant to do what we want. I’ve tried below from scratch but it doesn’t seem to work.

Can it associate pages with pages ?

we use TagPages plugin >> http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/tagpages/ to place pages into a tags taxonomy. So would it be possible to use post-page-association-plugin combined with TagPages to associate pages with pages, not just posts with pages (so we can offer links to pages outside a particular page hierarchy )

Is there anything fundamental to the plugin that would prevent this? Or could we look at a hack? Or is my install of post-page-association-plugin just wrong?

To associate pages with pages is not possible in the Post Page Associator but in the near future there will be another plugin that makes this possible. 😉

Thanks for quick reply. A page-page associator would be good.

You can associate Pages and Pages with this plugin: Associated Posts Pro 😉

Yes, that associated posts pro plugin does the trick nicely. Great value for money and saved us a lot of coding time.

If you really want to get people to buy the pro version, how about removing the spam that is plastered all over the admin interface! Limit it to your settings page! Seriously, its in the footer, the sidebar, the dashboard, etc. Its ridiculous and can’t be an asset to draw in more customers. In case you haven’t read up on customer trends, spamming them doesn’t get them to buy your product. Good added features and customer support are what get you more sales. I know of nearly 30 WordPress users who like your plugin, but refuse to buy the pro version because of the spam.
