Can anyone explain how I would restore a WP site from the
WordPress Database Backup plugin?

You can restore database on server can not do it from admin

So – where it says ‘browse to find backup file on your computer’ this is where you would find the file that you get from WordPress Database Backup plugin?

when you backed up your database you must have saved it on your computer hard drive you need find that file and click open it will show in box.
