Disabling remote publishing

    In Admin Panel for Settings/Writing I cannot disable
    Atom Publishing Protocol
    XML-RPC

    When I save changes the boxes are still checked. Hope this is a simple fix.

    I had a xmlrpc plugin that was causing the problem. Once deleted, the checkboxes were cleared.
