Drafts viewable, not editable

Updated to 1.5.2 from 1.5 last week and I am noticing an issue with Draft functionality:

I log in with my user account or the admin account and enter the ‘Manage’ section, then click on a draft to edit. I am taken to a page that shows the Post Preview (post.php?action=edit&post=76), but nothing else. I have no way of deleting or editing these posts.

Any ideas? Am I missing something?
