    When activating this plugin (even with vanilla theme and all other plugins deactivated, new installation), I was getting a “headers already sent” fatal error. It was due to using add_utility_page() (on line 310 of sign-up-sheets.php), which has been deprecated as of WP 4.5.

    Swapping that function out to add_menu_page fixed the bug. Might want to add that in your next release.
