Move blog from one domain to another How to ?

sir but the only problem is i have already changed old url with new url in general settings from admin area and now i am not able to access my backend because it goes to new url. you can check it on my site http://www.suratestate.carfair.in and my new site is at http://www.indianestate.in

I HAVE ALREADY POINTED MY NEW DOMAIN TO THE FOLDER WHERE MY OLD BLOG IS POINTED. BUT IT GIVES ERROR. YOU CAN CHECK MY NEW SITE AT http://WWW.INDIANESTATE.IN.
