Help!! No Botton to Comment on Blog!!

Hi guys,
am a newbie on wordpress.org, and have a big problem.
The button to enter the comments is not visible!!
How can i fix that please??

One friend tried to help me with out succes. Here`s what he said:
On the Style CSS Editor on WordPress , Change the Code on line 331

input[type="submit"], .widget_search .submit, #searchform input#searchsubmit {
display:none;
}

or line 794
display:inline

I tried both and didn`t work!!
