Worried new signups lost in admin area – any way to link out?

Hi Guys!

I’m creating a community based site and I’m worried that when new users sign up and are directed to the admin area they are going to become confused and simply leave the site.

Is there a plugin or technique I can use myself to solve this problem?
Maybe create an obvious link that takes them back to the blog? After all the majority of people signing in/registering will be doing so to comment not to write an article.

Anyone else had this problem? Any advice is very much appreciated.
