Azeri Language package (for grate Azerbaijan)

    Hi

    Sorry but I did not find the exact page to submit my work and I am seeking help from you.

    Actually I have translated the language package into Azeri(old scripts, not Latin), It works good and I have tested it on my own blog, it seems OK.

    How can I make it available to public and what is the way to submit the work into the website of WordPress ?
