Adding custom page template via a plugin

Hi All,

I’ve been developing and customizing themes in WordPress for some time now and I’m writing my first plugin and running into some issues. What I’m trying to do is install a custom page template (DAsection.php) into WordPress regardless of the theme selected. I can drop DAsection.php into a theme and it works beautifully, but I cannot figure out how I can register the custom page template via a plugin.
