• I got stuck on step 3 of your installation instructions, which says…

    3. Upload sunrise.php to /wp-content/. If there already is a sunrise.php file there you will have to merge the two files.

How do I merge 2 files? Simple thinking says – find all the bits of code that are different in #2 and add them into #1 at the same place in the code. Is that the idea here?

  • I have the same doubt .
I don’t Understand what the author says :

If there already is a sunrise.php file there you will have to merge the two files.

NOTE: If you are using the WordPress MU Domain Mapping plugin, use dm-sunrise.php instead. You will have to rename it sunrise.php once you have moved it to /wp-content/.

If we use Doncha’s Domain Mapping Plugin we will have a sunrise.php file already and the file dm-sunrise.php mentioned by Joe has the same content .Then what is the need to merge them?

Does any one have Idea on this ?
