Note(s) on post edit screen?

    I’m looking for a plugin or simple technique for enabling a “note” block that I could display on the post editing page for all blog users with privileges to create or edit posts. I’ve found a few plugins for putting notes on the dashboard, but nothing for the post editing page… any suggestions?
