[Plugin: Featured Post with thumbnail] Translating title

Hi!
I would use your plugin on my wordpress site, but I’ve a multilanguage site, with qtranslate.
I’m italian and however the plugins in the site isn’t translated, in the admin page and in the front of the site.
Why?

PS: mi sembra siate italiani, scrivo anche in italiano.
Ho installato il plugin, configurato il css, tutto funziona. A parte che non riesco a mettere la traduzione. Il plugin è in inglese, per quanto i file dell’italiano siano online, devo aggiungere anche il sardo, come lingua.
Sto usando qtranslate come sistema di traduzione, e per ora tutti gli altri strumenti non hanno problemi..
