Comments Not Showing on Pages #2

Actually, “I know why the comments aren’t showing up but I don’t know how to fix it #2”. My problem is that regardless of the include comments checkbox I cannot include comments for pages when using the default (Kubrick) theme. It is known:

Yes I can look through the classic theme and TRY and change it but could someone please give me better direction than that, like what line where?

Also, I can’t seem to insert a URL/link in my pages using the Quicktags; is there some kind of trick to that?
