add 2nd sidebar ?

(3.0 shows as the newest version but i use 3.0.1)

this is my blog: http://appleblogz.com and i’m looking for a way to add a 2nd sidebar on the right, not perse need one but i was told it’s hard to widen the one i currently have and well, for some purposes it’s just too narrow…
