[Plugin: Fast and Secure Contact Form] Hidden fields and default data

I’m looking into two things:

1) I’d like to add some hidden fields with specific data to be sent in the email but not seen by the user.

2) I’d like to automatically fill fields (hidden or not) with default data provided dynamically by PHP variables or POST data.

Any ideas on how to accomplish this?
