4.3 db upgrade problems

    Hi could someone please help me figure out how to fix db issue – it started with the 4.3 update when wp could not upgrade db – just sends me the 404 page.
    I tried to export db and then import it into new one.
    but get mysql error 1062 duplicate entry 1 for key ‘Primary’
    I tried repair and optimize option but it did not help
    How can I fix this?
