Hoping you can help. I lost access to my site and admin panel. My site is http://www.muzzmarketing.com. I created my left sidebar navigation and all sidebar widgets using Shiba WP Custom Widgets 2.1.1. I was having a problem with the widget styles, so I uploaded the latest version – 2.1.2. I deactivated the earlier version. After experiencing the same problem, I got on the developer’s site and posted the issue. He advised that I should delete the first version entirely and re-install the latest version. After I deleted 2.1.1, I received the following error code when I tried to log on to my site. I am new to all of this, and am hoping this is not really a fatal error. I am leaving on a plane in the morning to review this site with a business parter. FEELING LOST RIGHT NOW AND HOPING SOMEONE CAN HELP. Thank you!

Try resetting your plugins. If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

If that does not resolve the issue, access your server via FTP or SFTP, navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename everything except the /twentyten/ directory. This will force the Twenty Ten theme to activate and hopefully rule-out a theme-specific issue.

I’m sorry, as I said I’m new to this. Where would I find the phpMyAdmin file? I have FTP access to the server and looked everywhere but couldn’t find it…

You can usually find phpMyAdmin in your hosting provider’s control panel.

PROBLEM SOLVED. I heard back from the plugin developer. He instructed that I delete the Shiba plugin directory from my files, which allowed me to access my admin panel. Then I reinstalled the plugin and all is working fine! Thank you for help…
