  • Have you gotten any answer to this yet? I am in the same boat with the same question.

    Gary

Install the plugin “Page Links To” By Mark Jaquith and activate it. This will add an option at the bottom of every page and post to link to an actual page, in or outside of WP. So if you want to have a “Calendar” page when you create that page leave the content section blank then scroll to the bottom of the page and add the url to the page you want opened when someone clicks on that page or post.

It’s difficult to find where your calendar & event page is when you first begin you can find it by adding /category/events/ to the end of your url. so it would look like this… http://mywebsite.com/category/events/

If you type this in your browser it will bring up the calendar page then you can also get the event page link from it also. After you publish your page when you click on “Calendar” for example it will go to your calendar page.

I hope this helps. It took me several hours to figure this out so I wanted to share.

Now I just wish he had recurring events. :/

I think another topic which discuss same problem is :

Have a look, if it can help you.
