I am using the mymag theme from Denis Nissle which is working well, however I have an issue using the front slideshow and thumbnail.

I can get the image to show in the post (on right), and also on the slideshow, however no matter what size, ppi or file size I create they look out of focus on the slideshow.

Anyone know the right/correct dimensions or what to do?

I first saved images via the library feature @ 500 wide and 72ppi. Still fuzzy even though it fit. I then tried 1074 @ 300ppi and it wouldn’t load on slideshow.

    Any help appreciated.

    Jayce

Thanks for the reply esmi… Long no speak!

I think that I have now sorted it. It was the way I cropped in photoshop by the looks of it? hope so….

    Thanks again!

    No probs. 🙂

Hi. Pse help me out. I can’t figure out how to get the thumbnails in the slideshow to work. All I see are the words, no images. Thanks.

I have the same problem as JoMu. What is the problem. wp v 3.01. there’s no set thumbnail option, but definitely a set featured image option. This deosn’t seem to work when published (though it seems to on the edit post page).

    Any help would be appreciated.
    thanks

I am having the exact same problem and whenever the question is asked (on several forums now!) it has gone unanswered.

A response would be greatly appreciated. Is there a direct way to contact the developers of the theme? They have not had any activity on their forum.
