# 4.2.3 Update Fail

 * Hello,
    I upgraded my Envision themed WP site and now find the site completely
   broken. The site appears to not be compiling the HTML and is the same on Windows
   or Mac, Firefox or Chrome. All image areas have this sort of message attached:[
   col_1_3] [title h2=”blue”]Multiple Color, Logo, and Icon Options[/title]
 * I have disabled all plugins and that did not help. Site:

 *  Looks like those codes might be part of a plugin, like some sort of Visual Composer.
   I’d be happy to nose around and see if I could fix it for you, if you like, for
   free, of course.

 * That would be great. I do currently have all the plugin disabled- I only had 
   like two enabled.

 * Did Augustin manage to find the issue? What methods did he try? So that we don’t
   recommend the same.

 * Yes- just look at the site- All the HTML just shows and doesn’t compile- strangest

 * I can’t find an issue on your theme’s demo in the latest version of WordPress:

 * If you’re sure that shortcode belongs to your theme then you need to create a

   because the solution will require knowledge of that theme.
