Godaddy moved database, now trouble with maintenance mode…

After Godaddy moved our WP database to a new server, I’ve had trouble with various maintenance mode plugins, where I can never view the home page when logged in as an admin when maintenance mode is activated.

It seems to be a WP issue rather than one with the plugins, as I’ve used a variety of them and all have the same issue.

Is there something in the database that was perhaps corrupted? Where should I look?

Any advice is appreciated.
