Install plugins freezes… does not finish

I get to the following message:
Installing Plugin: Dynamic Content Gallery 3.2.3
Downloading install package from http://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/dynamic-content-gallery-plugin.3.2.3.zip…THEN NOTHING… another have ideas??
