Arabic WordPress

Hello
I know there a wordpress for many languages including arabic.
but what I wnated to ask is that,
If only my articles, titles and menus will be in arabic, can I use the english admin page since i am more familiar with english?
Or arabic wordpress is a must for arabic content?
