# 421 Misdirection Request

 * Hi Guys.
 * I have multiple websites hosted any a multiple hosting package with Go Daddy.
   When entering my domain name into the search bar, sometimes the site does not
   load. We end up with the following 421 Misdirection Request.
 *  “The client needs a new connection for this request as the requested host name
   does not match the Server Name Indication (SNI) in use for this connection.”
 * I rang go Daddy and they said this is my local computer. They also said that 
   I should not use safari for web browser. The thing is my business partner also
   has this issue on a different machine. And we have also had this problem using
   Chrome.
    We really need to sort this out as if we can’t get the website to come
   up neither will our customers.
 * Any advise to rectify this issue would be gratefully received.

 * The site loaded from my end so it’s probably a caching issue from your end.
 * Try flushing your DNS cache or open from a fresh system.

 * Clear the cache and reload the site hope it will resolve your issue.
