What plugins I can use in order to create advanced search through products

Hello,

I’ve been asked by friend to create small closed community website for wine tasting. I found website who has this functionality built already and I just need to mimic this into wordpress.

It has 3 steps:
1. People can search through wines using advances search interface
2. Search results can be more arranged by # of rating, type, etc.
3. Pick your wine and there you can see all this different fields like: Notes, # of rating, image, etc.

Since I’m not php dev, my question is can I use any plugins that’s built already? And if I can, what type of plugins I should search for? I tried with product catalogue, e-commerce, search everything but that wasn’t functionality I was looking for.

Any suggestion on concept? Maybe I’m missing the point here?
