420 Error when verifying api key

    Hi! I’m getting the error “A HTTP error occurred when validating the API. Error code: 420” after clicking “Verify API Key” button. Can’t find any information about such issue with mailgun. In addition, when i’m changing the last symbol in a public API key and trying to verify again, it gives me an error “Invalid API Key. Error code: 401 Unauthorized”. Could you help me with my issue ?

    Hi Pavel,

    Are you sure you’re using the public key that starts with pubkey-?

    Open this URL in your browser – 

    
https://api.mailgun.net/v3/address/validate?address=user@example.com

    Enter “api” as the username and your public API key as the password. You should see JSON output on the screen. If you get a blank screen contact Mailgun.

    The message says “Account has exceeded its public validation limit” though the validation plugin vas installed a few days ago and there are only few successful forms submissions. Will contact Mailgun support
