4.2 WordPress Upgrade not working

Hello,
I upgraded to 4.2 today and now I can’t edit, upload media, preview plugins etc. My images in my media library shows broken image icons as well as on my site. It’s frustrating because I have a portfolio site due next week and I wanted to work on it tonight. Any thoughts on how to correct this? I’m a little new to WP. Thank you.
