I think that this is so unlikely that it would be reasonable to describe it as effectively impossible. WordPress 3.0 has already been downloaded over 2 million times. Can you imagine the widespread havoc that would be created if a common word like “into” broke it?
WordPress Troubleshooting 101:
Have you tried:
– deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
– switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems?
– resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin? Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.
– re-uploading the wp-admin and wp-includes folders from a fresh download of WordPress?
– increasing the available memory?

It’s also possible that a server-side security script, like mod_security, has been configured to prevent certain words from being passed to the database via PHP’s POST command. Since “into” is a common command in MySQL injection attacks, this is a very likely possibility. If you contact your hosting provider, they should be able to either reconfigure the security script or whitelist your domain.
@macmanx: Have you seen this happen previously? Wouldn’t the prevention of such a common word cause problems all over the place?

Not always. When my hosting provider first implemented mod_security five years ago, we had trouble with posts containing the words into, with, and get under blogs, forums, CMS, and just about anything else using php’s POST command.
What keywords the script blocks and how/when it blocks them is all configurable from the server end, so it not only varies by hosting provider, but also by server.
I’ll keep that one in mind. Thanks. 🙂
